Description:
Existing objects are now reused where possible within ApplyChangedState. This reduces problems where external code has references to objects that are not longer within the context (as they were replaced by new instances).

There were some problems related to fixing up relationships with keys that consisted of multiple properties and inheritance hierarchies. These have been fixed in this patch.
